Founded in 2018 by Grace E. Hannah and followed by a successful store opening in 2019 on the basis on integrity and quality, the house of Goutarae forms the basis of the modern woman’s wardrobe; versatile and wearable yet rooted in simplicity with a sophisticated ease for a polished and elevated look. Precisely developed at the atelier in Milan, Italy the house offers ready-to-wear collections, expertly crafted footwear, and timeless leather goods embracing femininity and expert craftsmanship based on uncompromising quality and exceptional fabrics.

 

Shortly after launch the designer brand was recognized by Vanity Fair as one of the upcoming designer brands for luxury shoppers to lookout for. Goutarae has been graced by the highly acclaimed pages of Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, ELLE, The Evening Standard and The Telegraph and that is just to name a few. 

 

For the Goutarae founder, Grace E. Hannah, the transition from working behind the camera in the fashion industry for over half a decade to creative director of her own luxury fashion brand was a natural one, fuelled by a lifetime of admiration of design and art and a luxurious sensibility that she carries from within her bloodline with her father have owned and operated a luxury leather goods franchise in Europe.

 

With influences from the worlds of art and film, the house of Goutarae is defined by a considered blend of simplistic classic Italian luxury with a subtle contemporary flair, resulting in immaculately cut tailoring with modern cuts and colour palettes. The Goutarae woman is core to the brand’s foundation and visual identity, which is effortlessly polished, timeless, elevated and refined.

(like tanning for leather or spinning and weaving for fibers) to transform them into usable fabrics. 

Precision, quality control, and finishing treatments are applied at each stage to ensure consistency,
